In the event of a chargeback being raised for any transaction, the refund process will be immediately placed on hold while the case enters a formal dispute resolution process. This is to comply with banking and payment network protocols and to prevent duplication of refunds.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email our customer support team at hello@besque.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly provide:

1) Clear photos of the damaged item

2) A photo of the shipping label

3) A picture of the overall packaging (if possible)

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on customer preference and stock availability.

8. Damaged Orders

Customers receiving damaged or incorrect items must contact hello@besque.co within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged items

  • A photo of the shipping label

  • An image of the overall packaging

9. Allergic Reactions

If you experience an allergic reaction, discontinue use and consult a medical professional. Contact hello@besque.co with details and images (if possible). Besque is not responsible for adverse reactions due to individual sensitivities. Customers are responsible for checking product ingredients.

10. Subscription Cancellations

All subscription cancellation requests must be submitted to hello@besque.co at least 14 days prior to the next billing cycle. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy. Store credit or product exchanges may be offered.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before tracking information has been issued. Once tracking has been provided, cancellations are not possible.

12. Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure correct product selection (SKUs). We only ship what has been ordered.

13. Customs Issues

If customs fees are not paid and the order is returned to us, we will refund the order amount minus 15%. If the package is destroyed by customs, we will issue a 50% refund only.

Sales tax is calculated based on the applicable rates in your shipping destination’s state or region.
