Allergic Reactions
Your health and safety are important to us. If you experience an allergic reaction after using a Besque.co product, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional.

Please include details of the reaction and any supporting photos where possible. Each case is reviewed individually. Where appropriate, we may offer a resolution such as a refund or store credit.
Besque.co is not responsible for adverse reactions caused by individual allergies or sensitivities. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information prior to purchase and use.
Return Eligibility
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, returns are not accepted on any products, whether opened or unopened. Besque.co products are applied directly to the skin, and returns are not permitted for the protection of all customers.
60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Besque.co offers a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee exclusively for customers who do not experience results after a minimum of Sixty (60) consecutive days of daily and consistent use, strictly in accordance with product instructions.
Eligibility
To qualify under this guarantee:

The product must have been used daily and consistently for at least 60 days

Usage must align with Besque.co’s recommended instructions

The request must be based solely on lack of results
Besque.co reserves the right to request reasonable confirmation of compliant usage prior to approving eligibility.
Refund Terms
Where eligibility is confirmed, Besque.co will refund the purchase price paid less a 15% processing and shipping fee. Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Exclusions
This guarantee applies exclusively to lack of results and does not apply to:

Personal preference

Dissatisfaction related to scent, texture, packaging, or appearance

Subjective expectations or cosmetic perception

Incorrect, inconsistent, or insufficient usage
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, no product returns are accepted under this guarantee.
Claim Deadline
All requests under the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee must be submitted within sixty-seven (67) days of the original delivery date by emailing:

Requests submitted outside this timeframe are not eligible for review.
Refund Options
Where a refund is approved:
Full Refund
Issued to the original payment method, where applicable.
Store Credit or Exchange
Customers may be offered store credit or an exchange for another product of equal value, subject to approval and availability.
Chargeback Policy
Before filing a dispute or chargeback with a bank or card issuer, customers agree to first contact Besque.co at hello@besque.co so the issue can be resolved directly.
If a chargeback is raised without prior contact or a valid request under this policy or the Terms of Service, and the order or subscription renewal was valid and authorised, the chargeback may be treated as invalid.
Once a chargeback is opened, refunds and account adjustments will be paused until the dispute is resolved through the card provider, as the transaction enters formal review.
Filing a chargeback for an active subscription renewal without following the applicable cancellation terms constitutes a breach of the subscription agreement.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If a damaged or incorrect item is received, customers must contact Besque.co within seven (7) days of delivery at:

Once reviewed and approved, Besque.co will offer a replacement or refund, subject to stock availability and operational feasibility.
